We want your experience with Mezcal Júrame to be delightful; however, we know that we are not exempt from making mistakes that might prevent this. For this reason, we offer you this refund policy.
Situations eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- The merchandise was received with a broken security seal.
- The merchandise was received with a fractured glass bottle.
- The merchandise received was a different size or type than requested.
- The merchandise lacks any of the elements that ensure its legitimacy, such as the SAT label or the Regulatory Council hologram.
- There is a foreign object inside the bottle unrelated to the product's nature.
How to process a return, exchange, or refund:
- Within 5 days of receiving your merchandise, send an email to mezcal@jurame.mx describing your issue. Attach a PDF photograph that allows us to see what you described and include the tracking number in the subject line of the email.
- Once we analyze your request, we will respond within 5 days to the same email address from which we received your request. If the request is valid, we will provide instructions for the return or exchange.
- In the case of a refund, it will be issued to the account from which the payment was made. Shipping costs are not refundable.
The time it takes for the refund to reach your account will depend on your bank. If your payment was made by deposit, you must provide us with a bank account for the refund payment.
