Yesterday, we had the honor of hosting the Mexico Selection judges at 'La Flor', the place where our roots intertwine with the art of mezcal making.

The matlachines welcomed them, and with their ancestral dance, guided the judges on a unique journey: from the ovens to the traditions that bring Júrame to life.

Among the 35 judges from countries like Japan, Belgium, Portugal, Spain, and Mexico, we had the honor of welcoming Baudouin Havaux, President of Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, and Carlos Borboa, President of Mexico Selection by CMB.

The day concluded with a traditional tasting, where our mezcal was not only sampled, but a pact was also sealed: to carry Júrame in both taste and heart.
